Anthony Joseph Vidal was just 22 years young when he jumped off the ship from Spain way back in 1888. After purchasing a small section in Hawke’s Bay in 1905 he converted the stables that occupied the land into a wine cellar and hey presto – Vidal Estate was born!
You’ll find Vidal Reserve Pinot Noir being regularly slurped by travelling visitors to Air NZ’s premium Koru lounges. This is a classy label that looks and tastes the part, clearly to pass the test to be served to those in swanky surroundings!
Deliciously silky textured Pinot from a winery with a long history of amazing food and wine (they opened NZ’s first winery restaurant back in 1979). We recommend pairing it with poultry, game and pork dishes. Or anything that’s on offer in the Koru lounge. Hey, it’s free right?
