Made by Greystone in the Waipara, North Canterbury region, one sip and you’ll see this is a Pinot of obvious quality and complexity. This has had the bells and whistles treatment. We’re talking fermented in small batch lots with wild yeasts, hand plunged, aged 10 months in French oak. It’s quality stuff and really well deserving of its usual price tag closer to $30.

Of course we’ve tried this one….several times, y’know just to be sure! We absolutely love it. With a couple of years bottle age under its belt already it’s drinking superbly right now but could easily cellar up until 2029. Grab a case now, you’ll be seriously glad you did.
