SOHO Harry Rose

SOHO Family Vineyards is the wine project of Rachel Carter – he late father John was a bit of a legend in the NZ wine industry and for years she sold screwcaps to the industry (under the slogan ‘Best Screw on the Planet’) before deciding taking on her father’s growing portfolio of vineyards and launching SOHO.

Soho produces wines from Carter owned vineyards, and other boutique estates, in Marlborough, Central Otago and Waiheke Island.

This is the SOHO Harry Rosé from Marlborough. “Harry – forever the life of the party. Full of energy, but able to charm the pants off any occasion. Everything you could want from a Rosé – refreshing aromas, juicy flavours, soft texture & a crisp, off-dry finish. Watermelon, strawberries & peach with a cheeky serving of crème brulée adorn the glass, refreshed by Tahitian limes to finish.”

It’s a seriously delicious pink and easy to see why it took out the top award for Trophy Champion Rosé at the New World Wine Awards 2025! The judges said “Our Champion Rosé is stylish and fresh with creamy strawberry and great length.”
