They’re fast gaining a rep as one of Aotearoa’s top value wine producers. Don’t take our word for it, they’ve scooped “NZ Wine Producer of the Year” at the International Wine & Spirit Competition in London a couple of years back and they’ve stashed away Trophies from the Air NZ Wine Awards, Marlborough Wine Show, the Aotearoa Regional Wine Competition and New World Wine Awards.

This is the latest Rapaura Springs Reserve Pinot Gris from an excellent 2026 Marlborough vintage and wow, what a wine for the money! Winner of the Trophy for Champion Pinot Gris at the NZ International Wine Show 2026! The judges said “Crunchy nashi pear, apricot, and melon, with a hint of spice, full of fruit on the palate, but not too sweet.”

The Rapaura Springs crew describe it as “flavours of apple, pear and quince…off-dry with a luscious, smooth finish”. It sold us! All you need now is some roast pork and apple sauce! Or how about a creamy chicken carbonara? Yum!
