Being called Leftfield you might be expecting the unexpected, something a bit odd, something a bit, welll, leftfield! But the Leftfield label has built up a reputation for incredible bang for buck and this latest 2026 vintage of Leftfield Pinot Gris is no different.
The Leftfield label was originally made by the Te Awa winery, part of the Villa Maria wine group, these days now owned by the Indevin group, New Zealand’s largest wine grower and producer. And when you operate on the size on the scale these guys do you have access to incredible vineyards, growers, quality fruit and top winemakers.
They’ve given the labels a bit of a spruce up but what’s inside is still a classic Pinot Gris style – lush pear, apple and citrus fruit flavours with a touch of spice. Devour Leftfield Pinot Gris with pork or spicy grilled chicken.
