Mt Difficulty Ghost Town Pinot Noir

Powerful, rich, slightly spooky style.

Mt Difficulty Ghost Town Pinot Noir

2022, Central Otago New Zealand
  • Single vineyard Pinot Noir by Mt Difficulty from the Bendigo sub region
  • 94/100 (Bob Campbell MW, The Real Review) - "Light in colour but not in power which drives the flavours to a lengthy finish."
  • "A deliciously decadent match for Ghost Town Pinot Noir is a hearty steak. Smokey succulent flavours in the steak and dark red berry and cherry notes in the wine are the perfect marriage."

If there’s something strange. In your neighborhood. Who you gonna call?…

Forget the ghost busting, it’s a bottle of Ghost Town Pinot you want to bust out at the dinner table. This is a seriously good, premium Central Otago Pinot that we’ve snagged at a super hot price!

Located on Chinaman’s Terrace in Central Otago’s Bendigo sub region, Ghost Town is part of Mt Difficulty’s Single Vineyard series with the vineyard planted back in 2002.

Absolutely delicious to drink now but this has some solid cellaring potential of up to 15 years from vintage so don’t be afraid to tuck away a few bottles!

Oh and if you’re looking to pair it with a feed check out what the MtD crew had to say – “A deliciously decadent match for Ghost Town Pinot Noir is a hearty steak. Smokey succulent flavours in the steak and dark red berry and cherry notes in the wine are the perfect marriage.”
