Using fruit sourced from a spectacular single vineyard site (Te Awanga) right on the Hawke’s Bay coastline, using entirely hand picked fruit, whole bunch pressed and given 11 months in oak. All from a top 2014 vintage that’s followed in the footsteps of a pretty awesome 2013 vintage. In their own words the Elephant crew call this is a Chardy with “wonderful fruit purity and elegance“.
