Maybe it’s because the wine’s produced by an established, premium winery (Vavasour) and owned by a loaded Yank Billionaire (Bill Foley) who probably has more money than he knows what to do with, we’re not sure but we do know this Dashwood Chardonnay has a track record that puts it up there with the best bang for buck wine labels in NZ!

Supposedly a secondary label, given the amount of Golds and 5 Stars the Dashwood labels have picked up over the years has made us wonder whether someone got the tanks mixed up at Vavasour!

A deliciously easy drinking, fruit driven, soft and creamy style that’ll keep the crowds happy or the midweek quaffer cabinet loaded without breaking the budget.

You’ll have no problems glugging this one back by itself – but if you’re looking for a no-stress wine to match with your chicken, fish and pork dishes this is your drop.
