First produced in the early 2000s (and yes, inspired by the Split Enz track I See Red!) this is a non-vintage wine made from several red grape varieties – it’s full bodied, opulently rich, has a spicy complexity and finishes dry. In fact, it reminds us more of a quality LBV Port from Portugal than a traditional Kiwi sticky.
