Clearview Estate Beachhead Chardonnay is all hand picked fruit from their Te Awanga vineyard that sits right on the coastline, aged for eight months in French oak, this is a full bodied, rich, creamy style with plenty of citrus and tropical fruit flavours. It’s drinking well alright – but you could still cellar this for 2-3 years from vintage. For the perfect food match pair this number with chicken, fish or veal dishes.
