Coopers Creek Limeworks Chardonnay. This has been the number one selling wine under this label for as long as we can remember, a massive hit year after year with our Chardonnay mad guzzlers. It ain’t hard to see why. From a great 2025 vintage down in Hawke’s Bay this looks like yet another winner under this label.

Produced from their vineyard that sits right next door to a lime works (and the vineyard is strewn with limestone, thus the name!) this wine still received the usual Limeworks treatment with nine months in oak, producing their signature big, rich, mouth-filling style Chardonnay, aged in American oak barrels.

This is a typically toasty, creamy, full flavoured style. Wash your crayfish down with this little number! Not into crayfish? Well try full flavoured chicken or pork dishes.
