Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! It’s got nothing to do with the 80s movie starring Michael Keaton but everything to do with the endangered Cromwell Chafer Beetle (an unfortunate name for an insect we might add).

Beetlejuice is actually the second tier label of the highly prized Wooing Tree crew. Named Wooing Tree because they reckon that half of Cromwell was conceived under the tree that sits right in the middle of this Otago vineyard!

Soft, supple Otago Pinot just how we love it. Bloody awesome every year, drinking well now or will cellar well for several years yet. Looking to pair it with food? No need to go digging in the garden for critters, instead go for a nice cut of Canterbury lamb, a roast duck dish or any other game meat that tickles your fancy.
