Founded in 1997 originally as a small personal project they’ve gone on to be a highly respected, boutique producer in the Gibbston sub region of Otago. Best known as a Pinot producer but to keep things interesting you’ll find all sorts occasionally popping up on the list – Orange wine, Gamay, Vermouth and even a cheeky ten year old Mount Edward Brandy!
This is their 2021 release Pinot that’s spent 11 months in French oak. It’s the classic silky, plush Central Pinot style with spicy, dark berry fruit flavours.
