Sorry, this mega Mystery Deal is a total sell out! Keep an eye out for the next one...

We love a good who ‘dunnit – and boy are we excited about this kick ass Mystery Deal that’s landed in our laps. This is right up there with the best Mystery Chardonnay deals we’ve ever had! To make the mark as a Mystery Deal you’ve got to offer plenty of WOW factor and offer incredible (and we mean incredible!) bang for buck – this one does it in spades!

This world famous, top Marlborough producer has decided to axe this particular range from their line-up. We can’t tell you the name of the range (that’d give it away) but this is a favourite among their winemakers and showcases wines from specific sub regions, in this case Chardonnay from Marlborough’s Southern Valleys area. This is a hot spot for quality Marlborough Chardonnay and the likes of Giesen’s Clayvin, Auntsfield, Spy Valley and Pyramid Valley all produce Chardonnays in this particular sub region.

The fruit was fermented in large oak cuves and then aged in French oak barrels for 7 months going through what they call MLF, malolactic fermentation, the wine making process that adds a richness and creamy texture to the wine. It’s a style the winemaker calls “A highly textured wine interlaced with complex toasty notes. A medley of stone fruit and tropical fruit salad aromas follow through to a rich and focused palate coupled with an underlying minerality.” One sip and you’ll be reaching for a second glass in no time – this is seriously delicious.

There’s a catch – we can’t tell you the producer’s name or the identity of the label. It’s simple, if we did we’d have to charge you more. Instead, we slap a question mark on the bottle image, keep it all hush hush and you pocket the savings! The true label is on the box and bottle and all is revealed when it lands on your doorstep.

A wine that sits on shelves for $20 at full price, you might pick it up for $15/16 on special. For $11.99 this is simply outrageous quality Chardonnay for the money – you wouldn’t normally dream of picking up something with this level of complexity, quality and class for the money! You’ll be impressed, bragging to your mates and back for more – if there’s any left.
