You wouldn’t expect anything less than all class from Jane Hunter, one of the Grande Dames of the NZ wine scene. She loves pink bubbles so when she decided to add a sparkling Rosé to her MiruMiru range (the Maori word for bubbles) there was no fluffing around.
Using the classic Champagne grape varieties of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it’s aged 18 months on lees to add richness and texture.
