Earthworks are a group of families who brought their grapes (and over 230 years of expertise!) together to create this wine project. “Great wine starts with great soil, and great soil starts with those who know how to work it.”  they say. And these growers have learned exactly when to step back and just let nature take over and do its thing.

Scoring 4 Stars with Kiwi wine critic Michael Cooper who said “Drinking well in its youth, this is an ideal, everyday-drinking red. Full-coloured, it is mouthfilling and vibrantly fruity, with generous, ripe plum, berry and spice flavours, a hint of dark chocolate, a distinct touch of complexity, and supple tannins.”

Pair this with barbecued red meats, steaks, sausages, lamb chops or how about sticky barbecue beef ribs? Yum!
