Back in 1997 they were a rabbit infested block of dirt. In 2019 they’re a Bannockburn Pinot producer smashing it on the international wine scene.
When you’ve got superstar Central Otago winemaker Peter Bartle at the helm you’re in good hands. This guys knows Central Pinot like the back of his hand!
This is the 2022 vintage of their Bald Hills Friends and Lovers Rosé and trust us, if you’re a Rosé lover this will get the pulse racing! It’s all creamy, mouth-wateringly delicious summer fruit flavours like strawberries, cherries and raspberries with a dry finish.
Scoring 5 Stars with Michael Cooper who said “Made from hand-picked pinot noir, this light-pink rosé is mouthfilling and vibrantly fruity. It has strong strawberry and spice flavours, hints of peach and apricot and a fresh, basically dry, persistent finish.”
