Named after the Waihopai spy bases which neighbour the winery, which actually look more like over sized golf balls. You might remember some nutters trashing them back in the day?

It’s no secret how good Spy’s Marlborough Sauvy is each year. These guys have always excelled in the aromatic styles and their Sauvignon is the classic Marlborough style – crisp, zingy and loaded with tropical fruit flavours.

The crisp acidity of a classic Marlborough Sauv like this cuts through those good old kiwi fish ‘n’ chips like a dream – seafood and salads work well too.
