This is 100% unoaked Marlborough Chardonnay, SWNZ accredited (Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand) and made by a legendary winemaker whose name we need to keep under wraps. This is a guy with 30+ years winemaking experience and having worked in Burgundy, Champagne, Alsace, the Rheingau, Hunter Valley and Tasmania and boasts a long list of awards including winemaker of the “International White Wine of the Year” at the prestigious International Wine Challenge in London!

An unoaked style that’s pale in the glass with juicy citrus and stone fruit flavours and a slightly creamy, vanilla texture thanks to the wine undergoing partial malolactic fermentation.
