Brancott Estate are one of Aotearoa’s best known (and biggest!) wine producers. You’d be showing your age but you might remember them as Montana wines back in the day.
Their entry level Brancott Estate wines consistently offer amazing bang for buck at incredibly good prices and this is their Brancott Reserve range, a slight uptick in price but still over delivering in quality in our opinion. These are wines where the winemakers have used slightly better quality fruit reserved for a better wine.
This is their Reserve Syrah using fruit from Hawke’s Bay and as well as being bloody delicious for the money – it also took out an impressive Gold medal at the NZ International Wine Show 2022!
A full bodied, peppery, spicy Hawke’s Bay Syrah with dark plum and berry fruit flavours. Try pairing this one with a Kiwi lamb or beef dishes.
