It’s a traditional non vintage Pinot Noir dominant blend of 86% Pinot and 14% Chardonnay – new vintage wines used for freshness and some older reserve wines for added richness, complexity and depth. Scoring 4 Stars in Cuisine magazine who said “Mid pink with lifted strawberry and red berry fruit aromas on the nose. The textured palate is clean and fresh with a bright acid line and lovely drive.”

This is a crisp, dry style with delicate bubbles and lovely fresh strawberry and citrus flavours. Serve nicely chilled as an aperetif or with a cheese & charcuterie grazing platter.
