Pucker up, passion is only a glass away. Passion by Young Some Punks – a McLaren Vale blend of Shiraz (85%) and Cabernet (15%) with a dash of naughty in every glass.

Young Some Punks is the creation of three good mates – Col (Kiwi born, award winning winemaker), Jen (self confessed nerdy yeast expert) and Nic (winemaker and Culture Club’s number one fan) and in their own words “Each time we make a wine it may be the last wine we make- and if it isn’t worthy of being the last then it will never wear the Some Young Punks name.”

Using some pretty out there labels from 1950s/60s pulp fiction novels and wines like “Monsters, Monsters Attack”, “Naked on Rollerskates”, “Squid’s Fist” and “Quickie” – these guys take an unashamedly punk approach to wine.

“It is okay to judge a book by it’s cover; we judged the covers of books to decide on these labels. These labels are as bright and bold as the wines they clothe.”

An 85/15 blend of McLaren Vale Shiraz and Cabernet – the classic Aussie blend with a solid Cabernet backbone and lush, rich Shiraz fruit, it’s a mouthful of deliciousness.
