Misty Cove owner Andrew (aka Mister Misty Cove) only releases his “Signature” range when the vintage has been good enough and he feels the wine offers that little bit extra from the norm.

Andrew and his crew recently started releasing their full Signature range into Aotearoa including their 2014 Pinot from their Rapaura vineyard in Marlborough. This range has previously been exclusively for the very flashest Michelin Star and Gault Milau restaurants and hotels dotted around Europe, including places like Noma in Denmark, recently voted #2 restaurant in the world!

With only 250 cases produced this single vineyard, reserve style Pinot has had 9 months in oak before release. Medium bodied this is a typically silky, soft Pinot packing plenty of punch for a sub $30 drop!

Pinot is a great match to game meats and good old Kiwi lamb – this is no exception! Pair it up with your favourite lamb, beef, venison, duck and other game meat dishes.
