This is a Chardonnay with the class and careful winemaking we’ve come to expect from Millton. Old vineyard fruit that’s all hand picked, barrel fermented for 12 months in oak. BioGro organic certified, Demeter certified biodynamic, dry farmed and all grown and bottled right there on the estate. Zero corners cut here!

“Grown biodynamically using herbal, mineral, and animal preparations and with compassion for the laws of nature. We have not used any herbicide, insecticide, systemic fungicide, or soluble fertilizer to produce these grapes, nor any foreign yeasts or bacteria to ferment this wine. Bottled on the property, without fining and minimal filtration.”
