Here’s a Pinot that’s uniquely different and deliciously French! It’s a unique blend of Pinot from three regions – the Languedoc (for fruit weight), Burgundy (for intensity) and the Loire (for finesse).

With its traditional French look and feel this is a Pinot that walks the line between the Old World and New World style of wine – at a banging hot price for entry level French Pinot!

Back in 1814 a young Frenchman by the name of Jean-Joseph Moreau married a local winemaker’s daughter and inherited the oldest Chablis house in France. With a new found love for wine (and we assume his new wife too!) he accelerated the business’ growth to become one of the region’s top producers.

Named “Les Coches” after the 300 or so boats called “Coches d’Eau” that used to ship tavern wines to the Paris region.

A silky smooth, plush Pinot with ripe plum and cherry fruit flavours and a touch of savoury spice.
