This is their famous High Trellis label which gets its name as the vineyard was planted in the 19th century and was the first in the region to be trained above knee height.
Traditional foot treading takes place two thirds of the way through fermentation, with the fermentation then finished in old French oak for twenty months. The end result is a plush, succulent style Cabernet full of juicy black fruits, dark chocolate and mocha.
