Pelorus is the bubbles produced by Cloudy Bay – the name that put NZ on the world wine map back in the day!
They’ve named their world famous fizz after a world famous dolphin, Pelorus Jack, who followed ships between Wellington and Nelson around the early 1900’s and was the world’s first Dolphin to be protected by law.
Made in a Methode Traditionelle style (the same method as Champagne), using premium Pinot Noir grapes from their Marlborough vineyards. This is a super stylish, Champagne quality pink fizz, like a bowl of your favourite summer fruits in sparkling wine form. It’s bound to impress.
