Tim’s the main man at Clearview you’ll find them located right there on the beautiful Hawke’s Bay coastline. The Te Awanga coastline to be precise and boasting gorgeous views of the famous Cape Kidnappers (Te Kauwae-a-Maui in te reo or ‘the fishhook of Maui’).
It’s this awesome coastal location that helps produce vibrant, rich Hawke’s Bay reds full of plush dark berry and plum fruit flavours. This is a predominant Merlot blend with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec in there, aged 10 months in barrel.
For the money this is an absolutely banging Merlot dominant red with soft tannins and rich fruit flavours – it’s lip smackingly delish.
A highly drinkable Hawke’s Bay red that’ll go down nicely with or without kai. But if you’re in the Hawke’s Bay area get yourself on a bike and peddle on down the Te Awanga coastline and pop into Clearview for lunch.
