From the crowd that brought us the first Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (Brancott back in 1975, pop quiz question that one) comes their latest release, Identity. Having been banging out bloody good Sauv for over 40 years they’ve learnt a handy trick or two in that time about the wine and the region.

In coming up with a new label “vibrant” was the buzz word for winemaker Patrick Materman and his crew. Vibrant colours, vibrant labels and vibrant flavours. Let’s start with a vibrant, bright green label. Cool, job done.

Now, what about the wine? Well they’ve honed in on the sub region of Awatere Valley to produce this intense, herbacious, crisp and definitely vibrant style Sauv.

A Triple Gold medal winner at the NZ International Wine Show, Concours du Mondial (an international show specifically for Sauvignon Blanc!) plus Gold in Sydney and rated in the Top 100 wines in that show! Pair with fresh seafood or a light summer salad.
