Made by the Dem Bones winery in South Australia’s Limestone Coast. They set out to flip the lid on how wine is enjoyed by reducing sugar and carbs without taking short cuts on flavour. And they’ve nailed it!

This is the Bone Dry Rosé 2026 – a deliciously light, pale pink, crisp Rosé with flavours of strawbs and cream and yes definitely bone dry! It’s got less than 1 gram of sugar per bottle and only 76 calories per serve.
