Made by the Dem Bones winery in South Australia’s Limestone Coast. They set out to flip the lid on how wine is enjoyed by reducing sugar and carbs without taking short cuts on flavour. And they’ve nailed it!

This is the Bone Dry Rosé 2025 – a deliciously light, pale pink, crisp Rosé with flavours of strawbs and cream and yes definitely bone dry! It’s got less than 1 gram of sugar per bottle and only 76 calories per serve. In fact the only thing heavy about it is the big Trophy it won at the Cairns Wine Show 2025 for Best Rosé in Show!

And here’s an extra little fun fact – the eye catching Bone Dry label was designed by Daimon Downey, former front man for the award winning Aussie dance music group Sneaky Sound System!
