Selected by Bob Campbell as a “Buy of the Week” in March 2023 and it made his list of Top 10 Reds for that month scoring 91/100. He said “A “modern” Rioja with vinous rather than fruity flavours and an appealingly mellow texture. Made from 60% tempranillo, 20% grenache and 20% graciano. Mellow, medium-bodied Rioja with savoury, baked earth, dried herbs, vanilla, violet and subtle spicy oak flavours. A good example of well-made Rioja at a competitive price. A popular wine on many counts.”
