Vouvray is a white wine made from Chenin Blanc (“shen-nin blonk“) and Vouvray is the region, where it’s produced on the banks of the Loire river. As world famous wine scribbler Jancis Robinson puts it – “Vouvray is Chenin Blanc, and to a certain extent, Chenin Blanc is Vouvray”.
