From the historical city of Aix-en-Provence this is an absolutely gorgeous drop. The perfect lightly coloured pink (some snobs might call it salmon, we even heard the phrase ballet shoe thrown out there), with gorgeous juicy summer fruit flavours and a perfectly crisp and dry finish. It is seriously, seriously yummy stuff and worth spending a few bucks more on that’s for sure. The kind of wine to get you AIX-cited about summer – but heck, you’ll drink this happily all year round that’s for sure!
The AIX Provence Rose label features two Mandarin ducks (AIX Galericulata in Latin) – two birds that remain together for life. So bust out a chilled bottle from the fridge and enjoy with the special bird in your life.
