A smoking hot price on this single vineyard Marlborough Pinot that’s recently had a bit of a label spruce up. Selling direct at the winery for $27 per bottle this is seriously smart buying for a snip over $15!
Although the winery is nestled just north of Kumeu the fruit for this little number comes from a single vineyard in Marlborough. A classic, medium bodied, plush Marlborough Pinot style with dark cherry and red berry fruit flavours and a touch of spice.
Just a 30 minute drive north of downtown Auckland – we highly recommend paying the winery a visit one sunny weekend. Grab yourself a glass of something something from the Westbrook cellar door crew (heck, match it with one of their yummy platters) and set up camp on their awesome terraced picnic area over looking the duck pond. They’ve got balls too! Boules actually, so you can thrash it out on their full size petanque court! Game on.
