Lindauer Special Reserve Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de Blancs is French for ‘white of whites’. It sounds a bit posh, it actually just means this fizz from the Lindauer Special Reserve range is made entirely from Chardonnay grapes (most others are the typical ‘Champagne’ style blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir).

Dry in style, enjoy it young and fresh and ideally with yummy fresh shellfish like oysters.
