Get ready to go ape over this smokin’ hot new Shiraz from South Australia – Theory of Evolution Shiraz!

From the Langhorne Creek in South Australia and made by one cheeky little monkey by the name of Corey Ryan – he’s an ex-Villa Maria and Matua winemaker now doing his thing across the ditch. And doing bloody well by the looks of things.

This wine just took out 5 Stars & Best Buy in Cuisine magazine’s 2019 Aussie Shiraz tasting. For a wine up for grabs under $15 that is some seriously smart buying! The Cuisine judges said “Spicy and invigorating with a sweet ripe fruit texture…Packed with flavour yet showing a restraint that is endearing and delicious, especially at this price.”

With very limited stocks of this ’17 vintage you’ll need to get your A into G and lay your mits on a case or two stat before it goes.
