De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco

The King Valley river about 250km north east of Melbourne is famous for its great fishing (especially trout!), kayaking, swimming and camping. And it’s not just the river flowing either – there’s a fair bit of the De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco flowing around here too!

The cool climate region of north east Victoria is great for growing for producing Prosecco. De Bortoli and many of the grape growing families in the area originate from northern Italy, the indigenous home of the global superstar style fizz that is Prosecco.

It’s not hard to see why Prosecco has exploded in popularity over the years. A typically light, refreshing and easy drinking bubbles and makes a great base with many sparkling wine cocktails!

De Bortoli King Valley Prosecco has been a regular winner on the wine show circuit over the years and most recently scored 89/100 and a Special Value Award in Halliday’s Wine Companion – who said “An in-built liveliness is part of prosecco’s DNA.
