Made by the Dem Bones winery in South Australia’s Limestone Coast. They set out to flip the lid on how wine is enjoyed by reducing sugar and carbs without taking short cuts on flavour. And they’ve nailed it!

This is the Bone Dry Sparkling made with the classic fizz varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir – a deliciously crisp, light and definitely bone dry style sparkling. It’s got less than 1 gram of sugar per bottle and only 76 calories per serve.

And here’s an extra little fun fact – the eye catching Bone Dry label was designed by Daimon Downey, former front man for the award winning Aussie dance music group Sneaky Sound System!
