Big Buffalo Buttery Chardonnay – it’s big, it’s buttery, no bull. It really is what it says on the label and when they say it’s loaded with flavours of caramelised pineapple, spiced butterscotch and ripe stonefruit. We’d add don’t forget vanilla and peach and mango and a smorgasbord of other juicy tropical fruit flavours!
Aged for 9 months in oak (American of course) this ticks all the boxes and then some for true lovers of the big, rich, buttery Californian style! As the winemaker puts it simply – “A true American Chardonnay.”
Delicious on its own or try pairing with white meats, fish and seafood in rich, creamy sauces.
