Aronui is an export label made by the award winning Tohu crew in Marlborough. Using fruit from the Awatere Valley and Southern Valleys sub regions of Marlborough – this is a juicy, savoury, spicy mid weight Pinot with plenty of typical berry and cherry fruit flavours.
Scoring 4 1/2 Stars and 91/100 with critic Sam Kim who said “Sweetly ripe and inviting, the bouquet shows ripe cherry, strawberry, thyme and toasted almond notes, leading to a finely flowing palate that’s juicy and smooth. Well structured by fine, grainy tannins, finishing long and pleasingly dry. At its best: now to 2029.”
