John and Brigid Forrest are The Doctors (yep, they’re real doctors!) and they recommend regular doses of their Doctors Rosethat’s lower in alcohol at just 9.5%.
Made with some of their Pinot Noir grapes and a splash of the aromatic variety Arneis this is what they call “An exciting explosion of flavour. Fresh strawberries and ripe red cherry, with just a hint of aromatic herbs like sage and thyme.”
Being lower in alcohol it’s the ideal lunchtime or midday tipple. Ideal for the summer months – but don’t let the weather stop you! This is seriously delicious!
