Named Barocco after the 1600 Baroque movement that inspired art, architecture, music, dance and theatre from Italy and across western Europe. Funnily enough the first evidence of Prosecco being made also dates back to the 1600s – thus the golden Baroque label design.

Scoring 5 Stars and 93/100 with local critic Sam Kim who called it “Elegant and inviting. A charming, crowd-pleasing style” and 90/100 with Cam Douglas MS who said “A classic, blanced well-made Prosecco style.”

Crisp, fresh and lively citrus and apple fruit flavours in a dry style. Serve nicely chilled as an aperitif and with fish and seafood.
