Chateau Minuty, located in Saint Tropez, are one of Provence’s leading luxury Rosé producers. Saint Tropez is the home of the rich and famous, mega mansions, super yachts and those who have more money then they know what to do with! Over looking the peninsula of Saint Tropez are the villages of Gassin and Ramateulle where Chateau Minuty’s 160 hectare hillside vineyards sit.
M de Minuty is produced from the top Cotes de Provence vineyards using Grenache (60%), Cinsault (35%) and Syrah (5%) and is every bit inside and out the luxury Provence Rosé you’d expect! In fact they’re one of just 14 Châteaux in Provence to be designated Cru Classé. Chill it down and pair with light salads, fresh fish and seafood and Mediterranean cuisine.
