A lively, bone-dry Spanish Rosé that’s as vibrant and refreshing as it looks!
Produced in the scorching hot, central plains of Spain this Rosé (Rosado as they call it over there) is made up of 50% Tempranillo (Spain’s signature grape) while the other half is the little known Boban grape. Don’t worry, we’d never heard of it either! But it helps give the wine it’s lovely fresh scents and juicy acidity.
Top American wine guru Stephen Tanzer of the International Wine Cellar rated this little pink number 88/100 and said “Uncomplicated but extremely easy to drink, not to mention an outstanding value.”
Rosé isn’t just a summer wine so don’t sit around waiting for an unseasonably hot day to bust it out – it’s a versatile wine you’ll enjoy anytime, but especially ideal as a lunchtime tipple or with a salads, light meat or pasta dishes.
