Ribbit Ribbit…hiccup. That’s the sound of the Southern Bell Frog that you might find in the wetland that neighbours the Grove Mill winery down there in Marlborough.
Grove Mill built the wetland back in the late 80s (before doing good stuff for the environment was “cool”) as part of their commitment to sustainable wine growing. They even built three hundred solar panels to help power the winery.
The frogs aren’t the only ones who’ve enjoyed a glass or two of this primo 2017 release. The judges at the NZ International Wine Show, Sydney International Wine Competition and Marlborough Wine Show all gave it a Gold medal! Both local wine critics Sam Kim and Raymond Chan gave it 5 Stars too!
Even those posh, high flying Brits can’t get enough of our Triple Gold medal winning SauvB with the news that this release was selected to be served on board British Airways for First Class wine snobs!
Enjoy this awesome Marlborough wine with awesome Marlborough fare – fresh fish and seafood. Or frogs legs.
