How do they remove the alcohol?
It’s tricky and bloody clever, we’ll let them explain this one.
“Produced using the most sophisticated and efficient methods of alcohol extraction, including the use of the Spinning Cone Colum. This removes the alcohol from the base wine through a process of evaporation, while being careful to protect the delicate aromas. The wine is refined, purified and then goes through a blending process to return volume and sweetness. This is achieved by adding a small amount of grape concentrate (6%).”

Ok, so does it actually taste like?
We reckon this one is a simple fruit driven style Chardonnay with a dryish finish.

The wine contains no more than 0.5% alcohol (similar to levels you’ll find in natural fruit juices), has fewer calories than regular wine and has the same or higher levels of anti-oxidants.
