Brown Brothers Moscato Rose is made from the Muscat grape and is given it’s vibrant, pinkish tinge by a dash of Cienna (a style also made by Brown Brothers, using Aussie Cabernet Sauvignon and Sumoll, a Spanish grape variety).
It’s a low strength wine at just 6% so it’s ideal slurping any time of the day. Bust it out of the fridge nicely chilled and pair it with spicy curries and with ice-creams and fruit desserts. with spicy curries and with simple desserts like vanilla ice-cream.
