Tohu (pronounced tor-who) are Aotearoa’s first Maori owned wine company. To celebrate recently notching up their 20th birthday they went about creating a special, limited edition wine to celebrate at the party.

It took years of planning in advance (after all, this Pinot Noir based Methode Traditionelle sparkling Rosé wine spent 24 months on lees for added richness and complexity) and for such a special occasion they asked iconic Kiwi artist Flox to design the label.

This very cool design features the the native rewarewa plant and the korimako, our native New Zealand bellbird. Love your work Flox. Happy Birthday Tohu. Kia ora!
