Made by the crew at Shingleback in South Australia’s McLaren Vale, this is your medium to full bodied style red full of rich, juicy, dark berry fruits and a touch of spice.
Easy to drink this one with or without kai, but if you are keen to pair it with a feed any red meat coming straight off the grill or BBQ will do just nicely. Beef steak, lamb or the classic Kiwi snarler – even a spicy, meaty pizza would go down nicely too. Any questions? Thought knot.
